CluePoints Continues Impressive Global Growth with Three New Senior Appointments

CluePoints, the premier provider of Risk-Based Study Execution (RBx) and Risk-Based Quality Management Software for clinical trials, has appointed Catherine Ditzler as VP Marketing while Céline Daubresse joins as VP People, and James Faust is the new VP Business Operations.

Catherine brings more than a decade of experience in the life science industry as a creative and insightful marketer. She has extensive knowledge in branding, marketing strategy development, campaign management, content marketing, event management, lead generation, and a deep understanding of the clinical trial industry and eClinical technologies. In her new role as VP, Marketing, Catherine will define CluePoints’ partnership and global marketing strategies and identify key opportunities for market differentiation to help drive new business and retain existing business. She will also be responsible for seeking out opportunities for joint marketing initiatives to lead to revenue-generating growth.

Céline has 16 years of experience in HR acquired through several roles in the sector, resulting in a holistic view of the HR functions and a real taste for talent management, employee experience, and organization transformation. She is passionate about actively shaping an organization to realize its purpose and strategy and growing and activating talent teams around business goals. As VP, People, she will be responsible for the overall people experience and capability building at CluePoints. This newly created position forms part of the company’s mission to attract, engage, develop, and retain the best talent in a competitive and international environment across multiple locations: Belgium, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

James is a proven leader with a demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams, deliver results, and create sustainable change over a career spanning two decades. He also served in the United States Army as an Operations and Intelligence Officer with several assignments in Europe and spent 14 years in various commercial and operations assignments in the electronic security industry. In his new role as VP, Business Operations, he will support the CEO to help define, operationalize, and track the company’s strategic and operational initiatives in rapid business growth.

The three new appointments come at a time of exciting international growth for CluePoints and aim to support the leadership team and organization.
