TV spot showcases the science behind the ultimate breathability and comfort of DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses

Fort Worth, Texas- Alcon, the global leader in eye care and division of Novartis, has launched a national television campaign in support of DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses, the world’s first and only water gradient lens, with 6 times more breathability than the leading daily disposable lens1.

This national television spot is aimed at reaching contact lens wearers looking for a comfortable and highly breathable daily disposable contact lens, for white, healthy-looking eyes. Fifteen-second spots are now airing on several major network and cable channels, including USA, TNT, TBS, HGTV, Lifetime and more.

“Nearly 44 percent of all contact lens wearers experience some sort of discomfort with their lenses2, but we believe that DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses are a transformational innovation that provides wearers with an entirely new level of performance,” said Eric Bruno, Head of US Vision Care at Alcon. “DAILIES TOTAL1® contact lenses feature nearly 100% water at the lens surface, for incredible comfort and breathability, and we are excited to tell more consumers about this exciting innovation through a nationwide campaign.”
