Pharma Security Group (PSG) has introduced a new medication reminder service, myPharmaCall, designed for users to set up daily phone call reminders for their medication.

The telephone based system facilitates fully automated phone calls similar to a hotel wake up call, while the calls are made to the users own phone number at specified times.

Pharma Security president Aaron Simms said, “The myPharmaCallâ„¢ service will help users adhere to their regimes and will remove this burden from their family members and healthcare providers.”

The new technology is an addition to the company’s products and support services, which includes the PharmaClock, a pill container.

PharmaClock has a built-in reminder system and is currently available at I.D.A., Guardian and Medicine Shoppe pharmacies across Canada.
